Fascinating CIA document about the fallout in Vietnam from the Viet Cong's Tet Offensive. Dated 16 February 1968 and marked ''Confidential / SATC [Small Area Target Classification] / RDC/O Highlights - Tet Offensive'', document summarizes the psychological and military repercussions of the Tet Offensive in five Vietnamese provinces. RDC/O stands for Revolutionary Development Cadre, Operations and refers to the CIA's paramilitary operations within a province. Eleven original, mimeographed pages measure 8.5'' x 14''. Very good condition.
