Douglas MacArthur signed photo. The young military man who would become General of the Army dedicates the photo (name is illegible) and adds ''With all good wishes / Douglas MacArthur''. MacArthur served with extraordinary distinction in both World Wars, ultimately honored as one of only five 5-star generals. This portrait was likely taken around the time he was Superintendent of West Point. Matte photo is signed on the border, also on photographic surface. Measures 11'' x 14''. Creasing along bottom, touching signature, and left edge. Very good.
