Second Lieutenant Henry H. Willis of the 40th New York Infantry, ''Mozart Regiment'' CDV photo. Willis was commissioned as Second Lieutenant into the 40th New York and was subsequently captured at Cold Harbor in 1864. ''Bogardus Photographer'' backstamp on verso. Very good condition.
