Queen Mother Elizabeth, signed Christmas card and initialed envelope. The card bears a gilt cypher to the cover and opens to the matriarch's signature in black ink ''from / Elizabeth R''. Opposite the signature and printed greeting is affixed a lovely matte photo of the Queen Mother and her daughter, Queen Elizabeth. Included in the lot is the envelope bearing her initials ''ER'' to the lower left, hand-addressed to Mrs. Laud in Chatham. Greeting card measures 6.75'' x 8.25''. Light toning and foxing to interior along fold, else fine.
