The eight-page booklet contains instructions for ticket holders on inauguration day. Woodrow Wilson and Thomas Marshall are not mentioned by name, but referred to throughout the program as ''President-elect'' and ''Vice President-elect''. Soiling and foxing to cover which is separated from pages. Very good.
