Theodore Roosevelt signed photo. His stately figure stands at the center of a group of men in suits. He signs ''Theodore Roosevelt'' in black ink to the border at center. Accompanying his signature are 18 others, apparently the same 18 gentlemen pictured. Names include that of political journalist J.J. Montague and E.S. Wilson, Donald Geddes, F.S. Ellsworth, Norman Draper, Robert Peck, M.E. Kaletzki, E.C. Hill, D.M. Williams and Charles Hambridge. 9.5'' x 7.75'' photo is mounted to a decorative paper mat to an overall size of 14'' x 12''. Mat is only fair, with dampstaining and chipping. Photo itself only has light foxing, else near fine.
