Rare ''British Mount Everest Expedition to China'' Cover Signed by Expedition Members -- Just Two Months Before Two Team Members Died on Everest

''The British Mount Everest Expedition to China'' cover signed, postmarked 26 March 1982 from Lhasa, Tibet. Signatures of team members who made the 1981 first ascent of Kongur in China include: Chris Bonington, Dick Renshaw, Joe Tasker and Peter Boardman. Only two months after signing this cover, Boardman and Tasker would disappear on the Northeast Ridge of Everest. Postcard bears Tibetan postage stamp and printed stamp of ''Base Camp / 5200 m''. Minor creasing, else near fine. Outstanding and rare Everest piece.
