The ''Wapakoneta Daily News'' issues include such headlines as ''Neil Steps on the Moon'', 21 July 1969; ''Moonwalkers return to earth safely'', 24 July 1969; and ''Neil Armstrong enjoys day in hometown'', 7 Sept. 1969. Also depicted are numerous photographs of the Apollo 11 astronauts and Armstrong's parents. All newspapers, measuring 16'' x 22.5'', have even toning, some edge wear, and expected newspaper folds. Very good overall.
