Neil Armstrong signs Shepard and Slayton's book, ''Moon Shot,'' for which he wrote the introduction. Published by Turner: Atlanta: 1994. The first man to walk on the moon inscribes the front free endpaper: ''All the Best / To Tom Weilbacher / Neil Armstrong'' in blue ink. Armstrong openly renounced the practice of giving autographs this same year. With LOA from the son of Tom Weilbacher, Armstrong's letter carrier in Ohio. Measures 6.5'' x 9.25''. 383pp. book is bound in blue paper boards with black cloth spine and silver lettering. Wear to spine ends and minor rippling to a section of leaves at center. Very good. With very good dustjacket.
