Envelope is printed with mission insignia and the title ''NASA Manned Spacecraft Center Stamp Club'', with Kennedy Space Center cancellations. Measures 6.5'' x 3.75''. A bit of clear tape is affixed to the lower right corner and a tab of tape is affixed to verso. Ink notations to flap, else fine. With COA from Gene Cernan.
