Ricky Nelson signed photo of himself as Colorado Ryan in the 1959 western ''Rio Bravo,'' in which he starred as a young gunslinger alongside John Wayne and Dean Martin. He inscribes his vest ''Yours, from / 'Rio Bravo' / Rick Nelson''. Since he went by ''Ricky'' until 1961, his signature here suggests he signed in '61 or later. Matte photo measures 5'' x 7''. The faintest toning and a small crease to the lower right corner, else near fine.
