Tobey Maguire screen-worn jacket and tie as Peter Parker in ''Spider Man 3,'' the third installment of the hit film series. Jacket and tie are both slashed and tattered, as Maguire wore the items in an early scene where he is attacked by nemesis Harry Osborn, played by James Franco. The tie is cut in half at the same angle of the main cut section of the jacket. Accompanied by a small coil of fishing line, an item commonly used for effects in movies.
