Acclaimed Hollywood costume designer Edith Head signed sketch. The 8-time Oscar winner signs the lower left in black felt tip ''Edith Head''. She draws a pair of figures in two differently styled coat-dresses, highlighting the background in sky blue. Edith Head won more Academy Awards than any other woman in history for her costume designs. Single-page drawing measures 9'' x 11.5''. A touch of foxing and toning, with pencil notations and evidence of adhesive to verso, else near fine.
