Tom Cruise screen-used prop from the 2003 film ''The Last Samurai.'' Well-constructed resin and rubber prop pistol painted brown, gold and black to resemble blued steel, was carried by Cruise as ''Nathan Algren'' throughout the film. Pistol is modeled after an 1851 Navy revolver with Richardson cartridge conversion. Measures 11'' x 4.5''. With provenance from Profiles in History. Fine.
