Lot of one hundred personal checks signed by legendary screen siren ''Mary Astor'' and made out in her hand. A handful of the checks date to 1971 and feature her address at Leisure World in Laguna Hills, California. The majority are dated 1979-1983 and bear her address at the famous movie business retirement home on Mulholland Drive. Over the course of her career Astor acquired more than 100 credits, won an Academy Award, and starred opposite Humphrey Bogart in 1941's ''The Maltese Falcon.'' Measuring 6'' x 2.75'', checks bear standard cancellations and are in near fine condition.
