Signature by Admiral Kichisaburo Nomura, the Japanese Ambassador to the United States at the time of the Pearl Harbor attack. Nomura writes on an unlined index card, ''Kichisaburo Nomura / one time Ambassador at Washington and Admiral in Japanese Navy.'' Card measures 5'' x 2.875'', with two stamps at top. Light toning and mounting residue to verso and bottom edge, overall very good condition.
