With all first printing points present, including ''First Published in April 1939'' on copyright page with no subsequent printings listed, and price of $2.75 on dust jacket. With decorative endpapers featuring sheet music for ''Battle Hymn of the Republic'' and decorative boards of the Joad family, matching the dust jacket. Some foxing on page edges, and light discoloration to endpapers; overall book is in very good plus condition. Dust jacket has some wear and chipping along edges, and small section of paper loss to front corner; overall very good condition.
