Vellum document is signed by the President a lower right ''J.Q. Adams''. Measures 15.25'' x 9.5'' with red wax-based paper seal at lower left. Folds and mild creasing, overall in very good plus condition, with a bold signature by Adams. Accompanied by a 7'' x 10'' engraving of Adams for framing.
