Original ''War Is Over!'' lithographic poster, issued in December 1969 as part of John Lennon and Yoko Ono's campaign to protest the Vietnam War and support their ''Happy Xmas (War Is Over)'' single. Graphic black and white poster reads in full, ''WAR IS OVER!'' and then in smaller font, ''IF YOU WANT IT / Love and Peace from John & Yoko''. Poster measures 20'' x 30'', encapsulated by CAG to a size of 21.25'' x 32''. Unused with very light creasing, overall in near fine condition. Another example of this poster is in the collection of the Museum of Modern Art.
