John F. Kennedy Presidential inauguration lot from the 20 January 1961 ceremony. Items given to a member of the press include: (1) Official card-style invitation with two photographic inserts of Kennedy and Johnson, measuring 6.5'' x 10''. Adhesive residue from envelope, else near fine; (2) Official Inauguration Ceremonies Program runs 7pp. and comes bound with red, white, and blue ribbon. Measures 6.25'' x 9''. In fine condition; (3) Special press edition ticket is printed with number 51 to verso and reads: ''Press Guest - South''. Measures 4.5 x 2.5''. In fine condition.
