Barksdale for payment to ''officers & soldiers arriving at this post and going on furlough & who cannot be detained.'' Document measures 8.125'' x 13'', countersigned by the comptroller and auditor. Chipping to edges, separation starting along folds and light discoloration. Good plus condition.
