Document grants Daniel Bedinger 250 acres of land for his service as a Lieutenant in the Revolutionary War. Both Madison and Monroe sign at lower right. Large vellum document measures 12.75'' x 16.5'', with intact red wax-based seal. Folds and light soiling, overall very good plus condition, with vellum still bright.
