Jack Swigert's own flown earpiece and ear tube with a small piece of gauze with a velcro square affixed to it. Two pieces were worn while flying, to communicate with fellow astronauts and the Houston space station. In a plastic bag with ''Jack's Suit'' written by hand to a piece of tape. Very good condition. With an LOA from Swigert's sister.
