Despite the fictional sounding name, this appears to be a legitimate referral letter, where Salinger heaps effusive praise on his friend, calling her ''remarkably resourceful, intelligent, kind, affectionate, high-principled''. Salinger letters are exceedingly scarce, and always intriguing as this one proves itself. Letter measures 8.5'' x 11''. Folds, otherwise near fine with a bold signature.
