Signed in blue felt-tip by Hershel Williams, Jack H. Lucas and George E. Wahlen, all of whom put themselves in severe harm's way to protect their fellow soldiers and advance the U.S. position. Glossy photo has a crease to lower right and small .25'' tear to left side, else near fine condition.
