Verso has musical notes emitting from horn and reads: ''GRAMMY NOMINEE / 40TH''. Etched into rim is ''TIFFANY & CO. BRONZE''. Medal comes without Tiffany blue box and pouch. Measures 2.25'' in diameter. Near fine condition.
