Baseball signed by Gerald Ford, who handwrites the Presidential Oath of Office on the ball, making it particularly scarce. Rawlings ball is inscribed by Ford in blue fountain pen, in full, ''I, Gerald Rudolph Ford, do solemnly swear that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will, to the best of my ability, preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States of America. / The White House / August 9, 1974''. Mild discoloration in spots, overall very good to near fine condition.
