Sherman'' at bottom center and countersigned by the Quartermaster Condit Smith. Bevel matted and framed opposite an engraving of General Sherman. 9.75'' x 15.75'' document has light creasing and is near fine. Blue mat and gold frame measures 23.25'' x 22.5''.
