Edward Gorey illustration for Saki's short story, ''The Talking-Out of Tarrington'', considered a ''perfect pairing'' of author and illustrator. Originally published in ''The Chronicles of Clovis'' in 1911, ''The Unrest-Cure'' was subsequently re-published in ''The Unrest-Cure and Other Stories'', illustrated by Gorey. Completed in pen and ink, illustration is signed by Gorey at bottom. Visible portion measures 3.625'' x 7'', framed to 6.875'' x 10.25''. Not examined out of frame; minute discoloration in spots from what appears to be white-out, otherwise artwork appears near fine.
