Drawing by Winnie-the-Pooh illustrator E.H. Shepard of a frog and turtle, titled ''Dressing for Ascot'', done for Susan Colling's ''Frogmorton'', published 1955. Preliminary pencil drawing measures approximately 4.25'' x 4.75'', framed to 12'' x 13.25''. With label on back of frame from Sally Hunter Fine Art Limited, who exhibited Shepard's artwork in December 1988 where this was sold. Not examined out of frame, drawing appears lightly toned with slight creasing, in very good condition.
