Garden City: Doubleday & Company, Inc., 1948, number 975 in the limited edition. Bound in publisher's brown buckram boards with maps to the endpapers, top edge gilt and other edges deckled. Measures 6.75'' x 9.75'' and runs 559 pages. Near fine condition.
