Paca'' as Governor of Maryland, and ''JRogers Chanc.'' as Chancellor. Paca was a signer of the Declaration of Independence, but Rogers, because of his illness, was the only delegate who voted for the Declaration, but did not sign it. Light discoloration and some paper loss along folds, but overall in very good condition with bold signatures by the two men. With University Archives COA.
