Beautiful watch case by Bulova from their licensing deal with the Academy of Motion Pictures Arts & Sciences. Art deco style, semicircular case dates to the 1950's. Features a lid made as an intricate theatre curtain in gilt with Oscar statue taking center stage, all under a lucite shell. Lid closes on a cream plastic base with Bulova band name at center under Oscar. Case opens to a lining of fuchsia velour and Bulova watch guarantee booklet. Case measures 5.75'' x 3'' x 1.75''. Near fine.
