''Blondie'' comic strip hand-drawn and signed by Chic Young from 10 February 1936. In this strip marking a child's rite of passage, Blondie is inconsolable that Dagwood didn't save Baby Dumpling's hair after his first haircut. Titled ''And Get a Hair Toner for Yourself Dagwood''. Measures 21'' x 5.5''. Minor toning, soiling and wear, and with toning from Ben Day acetate overlay, some now removed. Very good condition. From the Chic Young estate.
