Matte photo is signed by Chaplin in blue fountain pen, ''To Lottie - With my very best wishes for a happy New Years / Sincerely yours / Charlie Chaplin''. Discreet ink spots near Chaplin's buttons, and slight wear to margins, not affecting image. Overall very good to near fine condition.
