Side of the Island'', complete with sailing instructions that recommend anchoring on ''either side of Ballast Point. Inside of Ballast Point there is hardly room for a vessel to swing at her anchor...'' Map by A.D. Bache is scale 1:15,000. Sheet measures 12.5'' x 17.25''. Trimmed at top, folds, irregular toning, and light creasing. Overall very good condition.
