Confederate Postal Office pay order signed by CSA Postmaster General John H. Reagan, who also served as U.S. Senator to Texas prior to the Civil War. 1865 pay order bears Reagan's image, signed ''John H. Reagan'' at lower right. Measures approximately 8.75'' x 4.5''. Irregularly trimmed edges and fading to signature, overall very good.
