Bobby Jones signed copy of his memoir, ''Golf Is My Game'', in original dust jacket. New York: Doubleday, 1960. Jones inscribes the front free endpaper, ''For Atley Kitchings / With best wishes, / Robert T. Jones Jr.'' Though a lawyer by profession, Jones was the first golfer to win the Grand Slam and routinely bested top professional golfers such as Walter Hagen. Book follows Jones' life and his record setting Grand Slam year, illustrated with drawings and photos. Book measures 6.25'' x 9.5''. Dust jacket showing $4.50 price is in very good condition with minimal chipping to edges and spine. Book has light shelf wear, overall near fine.
