Tinker's Workshop ran from 1954-59 on the WABC weekday morning time slot. Chicago patent and trademark firm ''Hill, Sherman, Meroni, Gross & Simpson'' legal document reads ''Re: Robert J. Keeshan application for Registration of Trade Mark 'Tinker's Workshop' for education and entertainment, Class 107.'' 2pp. document on official law firm letterhead has one staple at top left. Also includes eight typed letters from various charitable organizations most regarding Tinker's Workshop, dated 1951-1955. Single page letters measure 8.5'' x 11''. Very good condition.
