Upon the front free endpaper Wilson writes, ''Dear Thornton / Please have this Christmas rememberance of your friendship and of your devotion to AA's Grapevine - Ever Yours / Bill''. Wilson then adds ''BH / Xmas 55''. Second edition of the landmark ''Alcoholics Anonymous'' book is bound in blue cloth, measuring 5.75'' x 8.5''. Sunning to spine and separation starting to front joint. Light shelf wear, overall in very good condition. A nice inscription from Bill W. to a fellow Twelve Step member.
