Franklin grants a parcel of Pennsylvanian land called Poeville in Washington County to Adam Poe. Signed ''B. Franklin'' at left edge. Single page vellum document retains majority of its paper seal at top left. Measures 14.5'' x 13.75''. Comes with additional land grant document concerning Adam and his wife Elizabeth Poe, dated 21 July 1790. Expected wear to vellum document including crease through ''B'' of signature, but in overall very good condition.
