Franklin grants a parcel of land on Chestnut Street in Philadelphia to Lewis D. Heushasen. Signed ''B. Franklin'' at right edge. Single page vellum document retains majority of its paper seal at top left. Measures 15.75'' x 13''. Expected wear to vellum document including some discoloration to center of document. Good to very good condition.
