Upon Minister of Foreign Affairs letterhead, Mussolini writes to his Finance Minister Giuseppe Volpi, ''Dear Volpi, Here is the current article. Cordially, Mussolini / Rome, 12 August 1926''. Single page letter on card-style stationery measures 8.25'' x 10.25''. Small punch hole and light toning, otherwise near fine condition.
