Powerful display signed by both Barack Obama, the first African-American President, and Rosa Parks, arguably the woman who made his Presidency possible. Both signatures appear underneath a 16'' x 10.5'' photo of Obama sitting in the same bus that Parks rode when she refused to give up her seat in 1955, a simple act of resistance that launched the modern Civil Rights movement. Entire display measures 20'' x 21.25''. Near fine condition.
