Australian team jacket for the XIV Summer Olympics held in London England from 29 July to 14 August 1948. Green wool jacket has 3 brass buttons, gold ribbon accents and large embroidered Australia logo on chest pocket featuring two kangaroos, a coat of arms and the words: ''OLYMPIC GAMES 1948''. Label inside collar reads ''David Lack / MELBOURNE'' and tag inside left chest reads: ''4433 / JACKSON''. Measures 18'' across shoulders with 19'' sleeves. Light wear from use. Overall very good condition.
