Cover is signed on front by Al Worden, Dave Scott and Jim Irwin, and then also twice-signed and numbered 97 on the verso by Worden, matching the additional COA signed by Worden. Cancelled on 26 July 1971 from Kennedy Space Center, cover measures 6.5'' x 3.75''. Some light toning, else near fine condition.
