Original Apollo 11 press kit, specifically tailored for the splashdown and recovery part of the mission. Interesting document runs approximately 54pp. with maps, diagrams, a history of Mercury, Gemini and Apollo recovery operations, contingency plans, biographies of prominent individuals in the Manned Spacecraft Recovery Task Force, and even information on the ''Frogmen'' who assist with recovery. Measures 8'' x 10.5''. Two hole punch on side. Missing original staples and therefore disbound. Writing to first page and light wear with some staining to covers. Very good condition.
