Famed ''Psycho'' actor Anthony Perkins collection of photos and an autograph letter signed. First black-and-white photo shows the actor onset, most likely from the play ''Equus'' as two horses are depicted in the image. Photo is inscribed along bottom, ''For Bloss. / My feelings can't fit on this photo -- but love's in them / Tony Perkins''. With a ''Van Williams / New York'' photo stamp to verso, half-matte photo measures 6.5'' x 10''. Inscription difficult to read in certain spots. Lot also includes an autograph letter signed within a Christmas card. Red card features a color photo of Perkins' children, Oz and Elvis, pasted to front and inside reads in part, ''...My years (I guess I have the honor to use that word) in EQUUS were the most thrilling of my professional life (well, you know that) and it was great to be able to share them with you...All the best in '78 dear friend...'' Signed, ''Tony P. (Berry, Oz, Elvis)''. Perkins then lists his phone number in Los Angeles. Written over three pages of the 5'' x 6.75'' card. Finally, lot includes a 4.25'' x 6'' glossy black-and-white still of a young Perkins onset the 1958 film ''This Angry Age'', inscribed to verso in green ink by his wife, ''Bloss, Just to say thanks for everything. This is the card I had for you and left in New York. Had so much luggage had to leave half in N.Y. See you soon, Love, Bebe''. All items in near fine condition.
