Document features an elegant patriotic emblem at top and appoints a George Pilcher, Jr. to Lieutenant in the Navy Reserve. Boldly signed ''C.W. Nimitz'' in black ink. Official Navy blindstamp at lower left. One page document measures 8'' x 10.5''. Uniform toning and paperclip residue, else near fine.
