Attractive document features a prominent signature by Lincoln with his full name, ''Abraham Lincoln'', and decorative military vignettes and blue paper seal. Countersigned by Secretary of War Edwin M. Stanton. Measures approximately 14.5'' x 18.25''. Flattened folds, with one just skimming the top of Lincoln's signature, and mounting to mat. Overall very good condition.
